PinballMagic offers restored vintage pinball machines, electronic boards, and related parts for sale. All products are described to the best of our ability. Images are representative but may not reflect the exact current condition of each individual machine.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase. We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods agreed upon in writing.
Prices do not include shipping or customs duties unless explicitly stated. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes and fees.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided upon enquiry. We take care to properly package all machines for transit, but we are not liable for damage caused by the carrier.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We recommend the buyer arranges appropriate transit insurance for high-value machines.
Restored machines come with a 12-month warranty covering defects in workmanship and parts replaced during restoration. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be made in writing to info@pinballmagic.net within the warranty period.
Due to the nature of our products (restored vintage machines), returns are accepted only in cases of significant misrepresentation. Any return must be agreed in writing before shipping the item back.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinballMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
